Turkey Cranberry Quesadillas

Delight in these Turkey Cranberry Quesadillas, a savory and sweet fusion perfect for a quick lunch or snack, combining tender turkey, tangy cranberry sauce, and melted cheese in a crispy tortilla.

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cooked turkey, shredded or chopped
  • 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Optional: sliced green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt half the butter.
  2. Place one tortilla in the skillet and evenly sprinkle cheddar cheese over it.
  3. Distribute the cooked turkey evenly over the cheese, then spoon cranberry sauce on top.
  4. Sprinkle a little more cheese over the filling and cover with the second tortilla.
  5. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the bottom tortilla is golden brown and the cheese starts to melt.
  6. Carefully flip the quesadilla and cook the other side for another 3-4 minutes until golden and cheese is fully melted.
  7. Remove from skillet, let it rest for a minute, then cut into wedges.
  8. Garnish with sliced green onions if desired and serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, serve with a side of sour cream or a drizzle of spicy ranch dressing.
