Instructions

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs, then add melted butter, buttermilk, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chopped strawberries and white chocolate chips carefully to avoid overmixing.
  6. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
  7. Bake for 18-22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
