Deliciously creamy and rich Shaped Oreo Truffles made with crushed Oreo cookies and cream cheese, perfect for a delightful no-bake dessert or snack.

  • 36 Oreo cookies, finely crushed
  • 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
  • 12 oz (340g) semi-sweet chocolate, melted
  • Assorted sprinkles or decorations (optional)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by hand in a sealed bag.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos with the softened cream cheese until thoroughly mixed and smooth.
  3. Shape the mixture into desired shapes such as balls, hearts, or stars using your hands or molds.
  4. Place the shaped truffles onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Dip each chilled truffle into the melted chocolate, ensuring it is fully coated, and place back on the parchment paper.
  6. Decorate with sprinkles or other toppings while the chocolate is still wet, if desired.
  7. Refrigerate the truffles again until the chocolate sets, about 15-20 minutes.
  8. Serve chilled and enjoy!
