Ranch Taco Party Bowl

A flavorful and easy-to-make Ranch Taco Party Bowl combining savory seasoned beef, fresh veggies, and creamy ranch for the perfect festive meal.

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 6-8 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add taco seasoning and 1/4 cup water to the beef. Stir well and simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
  3. Assemble bowls by placing cooked rice at the base.
  4. Top rice with seasoned beef, black beans, and corn kernels evenly.
  5. Add shredded lettuce, diced tomato, black olives, and cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Drizzle with ranch dressing and sprinkle chopped cilantro over the bowl.
  7. Finish by adding diced avocado. Season with salt and pepper as desired.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy your Ranch Taco Party Bowl!

Notes

For extra crunch, add crushed tortilla chips on top just before serving or swap ground beef with grilled chicken for a lighter option.
