A refreshing and tropical Pineapple Coconut Smoothie that blends sweet pineapple with creamy coconut for a naturally delicious and healthy treat.

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add pineapple chunks, coconut milk, Greek yogurt, and honey to a blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth.
  3. Add ice cubes and chia seeds (if using), then blend again until creamy and frothy.
  4. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

Notes

For a vegan version, substitute Greek yogurt with coconut yogurt and use maple syrup instead of honey.
