Loaded Philly Cheesesteak Sliders

These Loaded Philly Cheesesteak Sliders combine tender sliced steak, sautéed peppers and onions, and melted provolone cheese on soft slider buns for the ultimate crowd-pleasing appetizer or meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 8 slider buns
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced peppers and onions; sauté until soft and caramelized, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add the thinly sliced ribeye steak. Season with salt and pepper and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Place slider buns on a baking sheet. On the bottom halves, layer cooked steak, sautéed peppers and onions, and top each with a slice of provolone cheese.
  5. Place the top buns over the cheese, then brush the tops with melted butter mixed with garlic powder.
  6. Bake sliders for 10 minutes, until cheese is melted and buns are toasted.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy your Loaded Philly Cheesesteak Sliders!

Notes

For extra flavor, try adding a few dashes of hot sauce or swap provolone with American cheese for a creamier texture.
