Loaded Big Mac Sliders

These Loaded Big Mac Sliders offer all the classic flavors of a Big Mac in a fun, mini-sized version perfect for parties or a quick meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 12 slider buns
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese, halved
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced pickles
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup Big Mac sauce (or Thousand Island dressing)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Form into 12 small patties.
  3. Cook patties for about 3-4 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  4. Place a half slice of cheddar cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.
  5. Lightly toast slider buns on the grill or in a skillet.
  6. Spread Big Mac sauce on the bottom buns, then add a cooked patty, shredded lettuce, pickles, onions, and top buns.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For an extra authentic touch, add a thin slice of American cheese and serve with crispy fries on the side.
