Keto Cottage Cheese Chips

Crispy and low-carb, these Keto Cottage Cheese Chips make a perfect guilt-free snack that’s high in protein and flavor.

  • 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  4. Using a spoon, drop small mounds of the cheese mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 1 inch apart.
  5. Flatten each mound slightly with the back of the spoon to form thin rounds.
  6. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and crisp.
  7. Remove from the oven and allow the chips to cool completely on the baking sheet to firm up further.
  8. Serve fresh as a crunchy keto-friendly snack or with your favorite low-carb dip.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle a pinch of chili flakes or fresh herbs like rosemary before baking. Store leftovers in an airtight container to maintain crispness.
