  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (full-fat or 2%)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 1 egg white (for egg wash)
  • Sesame seeds or everything bagel seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the self-rising flour and Greek yogurt; mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough lightly on a floured surface for about 2-3 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Divide the dough into 4-5 equal portions and roll each into a ball.
  5. Poke a hole through the center of each ball with your finger and gently stretch to form a bagel shape.
  6. Place the shaped bagels onto the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Brush each bagel lightly with egg white and sprinkle with sesame seeds or everything bagel seasoning if desired.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  9. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm or at room temperature.

Notes
