Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

  6. Stir in lemon juice and lemon zest, then return salmon to the skillet, spooning the garlic butter sauce over the fillets.
  7. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to let flavors meld.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, serve with a side of roasted vegetables or garlic mashed potatoes. You can also add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the butter sauce for a subtle kick.
