A rich and savory crustless bacon cheese quiche that’s perfect for breakfast or brunch, combining crispy bacon, melted cheese, and fluffy eggs in a low-carb, gluten-free dish.

  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 4 strips cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.
  3. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and chopped green onions.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9-inch pie dish or quiche dish.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
