Crock Pot Angel Chicken is a tender, flavorful slow-cooked dish perfect for an easy and comforting meal. This recipe combines simple ingredients to create melt-in-your-mouth chicken with minimal effort.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crock pot.
  2. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, ranch seasoning, chicken broth, and minced garlic until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until chicken is tender.
  5. About 30 minutes before serving, sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the chicken.
  6. Cover and continue cooking until the cheese has melted.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve warm over rice or pasta.

For extra flavor, garnish with chopped fresh parsley or serve alongside steamed vegetables or a crisp green salad.
