  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/2 cup lump crab meat
  • 1/2 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  2. In a bowl, combine crab meat, chopped shrimp, cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Carefully create a pocket in each salmon fillet by slicing horizontally without cutting all the way through.
  4. Stuff each salmon fillet pocket with the crab and shrimp mixture.
  5. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  6. Place the stuffed salmon fillets in the skillet and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

  8. Remove from oven, let rest for 2 minutes, then serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, garnish with lemon wedges and a sprinkle of fresh dill before serving.
