  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp mini chocolate chips, extra (for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix almond flour, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to create the edible cookie dough.
  2. Fold in 2 tablespoons of mini chocolate chips into the cookie dough mixture.
  3. Gently fold the cookie dough chunks into the Greek yogurt until well combined.
  4. Spoon the mixture into a serving bowl or glass.
  5. Top with the extra mini chocolate chips for garnish.
  6. Serve immediately or chill for 10 minutes for a cooler treat.

Notes

For a vegan version, substitute Greek yogurt with coconut or almond-based yogurt and use maple syrup or agave as sweetener.
