Chocolate-Filled Nutella Crescent Rolls

Delight in these warm, flaky crescent rolls generously filled with creamy Nutella for a quick and irresistible chocolate treat perfect for breakfast or dessert.

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1/3 cup Nutella
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • 1 tablespoon water (for egg wash)
  • Powdered sugar (optional, for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  3. Place about 1 teaspoon of Nutella near the wide end of each triangle.
  4. Roll each triangle from the wide end to the tip, sealing the edges gently.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together the egg and water to make an egg wash.
  6. Brush the egg wash over each roll to give them a golden finish.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before optionally dusting with powdered sugar.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy your chocolate-filled treats!
