Chicken Salad Chick Grape Salad

A refreshing and creamy grape salad featuring sweet grapes and a luscious cream cheese dressing, perfect as a light side or dessert.

  • 4 cups seedless red grapes, halved
  • 4 cups seedless green grapes, halved
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
  • Brown sugar, for topping

Instructions

  1. Wash and halve the red and green grapes, then place them in a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, sour cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the grapes and gently fold to coat all the grapes evenly.
  4. Transfer the grape salad to a serving dish and sprinkle chopped nuts evenly over the top if using.
  5. Finish by sprinkling a layer of brown sugar over the salad for added sweetness and texture.
  6. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.

Notes

For an extra crunch, substitute pecans with toasted almonds or serve topped with crunchy granola.
