This Cheesy Crowd-Pleaser Corn Dip combines creamy cheese, sweet corn, and savory spices for a delicious appetizer perfect for any gathering.

  • 2 cups frozen corn, thawed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Add the shredded cheddar, corn, green onions, jalapeño, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
  7. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables.

Notes

For an extra kick, sprinkle additional jalapeño slices on top before baking or serve with hot sauce on the side.
