Breakfast Pillsbury Crescent Rolls

  • 1 can Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup cooked breakfast sausage, crumbled
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and scramble the eggs with milk, salt, and pepper until just set.
  3. Remove from heat, then stir in cooked sausage and shredded cheese.
  4. Open the can of crescent rolls and separate into 8 triangles.
  5. Spoon a portion of the egg mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
  6. Roll up each crescent starting from the wide end, tucking in the filling as you go.
  7. Place rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving warm.

Notes

For a vegetarian option, substitute sausage with sautéed mushrooms or spinach. Serve with a side of fresh fruit or a drizzle of hot sauce for extra flavor.
