Bacon Wrapped Grilled Cheese Fingers

  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 4 slices of bread
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • Optional: garlic powder, for extra flavor

Instructions

  1. Preheat a grill pan over medium heat.
  2. Butter one side of each bread slice.
  3. Place one slice of cheese between two slices of bread, buttered sides out, and cut into finger-sized strips.
  4. Wrap each grilled cheese finger with a slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick if needed.
  5. Sprinkle with garlic powder if using.
  6. Grill the bacon-wrapped fingers on the pan, turning occasionally, until the bacon is crispy and the cheese is melted, about 8-10 minutes.
  7. Remove toothpicks and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes
